- In recent years traditional Sports Talk Radio has progressively expanded with an almost exclusive male demographic primarily devoted to the discussion of traditional male sports and the male athlete. The WSTS is the first of its kind to feature live online interviews with female athletes from the armature to the professional level which includes open line call in segments for women's sports fans. The WSTS concept originated in the summer of 2008. This weekly 1-hour sports show is broadcast via the world wide web. Women's sports fans & enthusiast discuss outstanding performances, crucial plays and player personalities with the host and fellow fans; selected broadcast will feature a female athlete as a guest host. We have formed some very positive alliances with many professional female athletes who are excited about the concept of a medium that is committed to broadening the scope of women's sports and the female athlete.
